CV preparation:

A unique 'made to measure' document, more than just a CV. This is not cloned from templates or a job description like most CVs today but is compiled as follows:

In depth strategic meeting to get a sense of your thinking and writing style.
CV is drafted, fine tuned and finalised when YOU are completely confident in your new document.
Finally, a letter of application to accompany the CV is composed. A great letter can be just as important as a good CV. It is your real pitch, your showcase, the first thing that is seen and, if crafted effectively, should arouse enough curiosity to meet you even before the CV is read.

Interview:

A one-to-one service with your consultant, covering all the fundamentals of the competency/behavioural based interview process, as well as concentrating on your specific concerns and perceived shortcomings to build confidence:

Initial 2-hour session
'Mock' interview with feedback (either face to face or by phone) to refresh and refocus the potential interviewee
Development of a clear self-marketing strategy, with suggested professional guidelines

Outcome of the process:
